The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a customer-focused team in a growing brokerage. You will manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities include renewals, COIs, endorsements, cross-selling, and maintaining strong relationships using Epic for documentation and workflow. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage environment managing commercial lines accounts.
• Epic software proficiency preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-oriented approach.
