Eaton Corporation is seeking a Commercial Demand Planning Manager in Germany to drive SIOP execution, forecast maturity, and market assumptions across multiple countries. You will partner with country leadership, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to translate trends into aligned demand and supply plans.

The role focuses on 12–24 month outlooks, scenario planning, and governance, working across regional and local teams to refine market assumptions that support the SIOP process.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a complex, international, or matrixed organization.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge, and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. Italy - Gross annual salary range EUR 74.200 – EUR 108.790

What you'll do:

The Commercial Demand Planning Manager supports the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, as well as partnering with country sales zones to improve country forecast maturity and refine market assumptions for longer term forecasts. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining key demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to support effective decision-making across the business.

You will be working closely with country leadership teams, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Strategy functions, the Commercial Demand Planning Manager helps translate market trends, business strategies, and growth plans into aligned demand and supply assumptions. The role serves as a key analytical partner to the SIOP Manager while developing expertise across forecasting, supply chain planning, and strategic business planning. In this tole you will be partnering with country, regional, and business leaders to gather, validate, and refine market assumptions that support the SIOP process.

SIOP Process Support:

• Support the monthly SIOP process and meeting cadence.
• Compile and validate demand, supply, inventory, and backlog data.
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for SIOP reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of actions and deliverables within the SIOP cycle.
• Support process governance and adherence to defined planning standards.

This role is responsible not only for supporting the monthly SIOP cycle but also for:

• Improving country forecast maturity.
• Driving consistency in market assumptions across EMEA.
• Connecting strategic growth plans to operational planning.
• Supporting 12-24 month demand outlooks and scenario planning.
• Acting as a bridge between local market knowledge and regional SIOP governance, partnering with countries to gather, validate, and refine market assumptions that support the SIOP process.
