Stellenbeschreibung

As a CMC Project Manager at Miltenyi Biotec, you are responsible for outlining, overseeing and managing the CMC part of complex CAR T cell projects. You will work closely with management and Subject Matter Experts to determine the scope, content schedule and budget of the project. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for external customers and other stakeholders and ensure the flow of information to all parties involved.

• In close collaboration with management and subject matter experts, you will define the project's scope, content, timeline, resources and budget. You will also serve as the primary contact for the stakeholders and customers, ensuring a steady flow of information to all parties involved.
• Your role includes continuous monitoring of project progress, and clear communication of the project's status, accomplishments, risks, and forthcoming steps to management, thus facilitating informed decision‑making.
• You will foster a close relationship with all team members engaged in the project, promoting a culture of transparent and trustworthy information exchange across various departments.
• The support of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) falls into your hands. You share project knowledge and dependencies about the work packages, milestones and inflection points with them in order to keep them up to date.
• Additionally, organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes are integral parts of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Having completed your PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or a related field, you ideally possess several years of product development experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, along with proven project management skills. Knowledge of GxP and Immunology, as well as experience in wet lab work, is needed.
• Your dedication to cell and gene therapy contributes to our collective goal of curing diseases globally.
• You are proactive, able to foresee potential project risks, and adept at developing and proposing mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Your excellent presentation skills are complemented by a highly structured approach to project planning and management.
• With excellent communication skills in English and, preferably, German, you can foster strong relationships with colleagues.
