Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking an experienced leader to take responsibility for the Operational Solution Management Cluster within the Business Process Framework program. You will drive end-to-end transformation and align across business, IT, and enterprise architecture to optimize processes and adoption.

In this role you will collaborate with ERP/SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and enterprise architecture programs while guiding senior management on future process landscapes and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in operational process management, manufacturing, logistics, or service operations.
• Experience at the interface between business, IT and operations, ideally SAP-centric.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Operational Solution Management Cluster within the Business Process Framework program.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for transformation projects, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with ERP/SAP S/4HANA, PLM and Enterprise Architecture programs; support senior management on future landscape.
