GlassFlow is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer in Berlin to own and evolve our cloud environment. You will lead DevOps-driven initiatives, ensure scalable and secure infrastructure, and collaborate with our CTO and Platform Team on architecture to support a growing data product used by developers globally.

The role emphasizes ownership, security, and the ability to implement mature DevOps practices across the engineering team, while enabling scalable data workflows and reliable services.

Qualifikationen

• Manage, monitor, and scale SQL & Linux servers and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters to guarantee high availability.
• Lead technical infrastructure initiatives (architecture design, testing, monitoring, security) and partner with product engineering teams on complex needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Platform Team to drive DevOps best practices across the organization.

As one of the first fullstack engineers, you'll get to significant impact at GlassFlow. As a fullstack engineer, you will design and implement our web applications and collaborate directly with our CTO. You will join a small team solving challenging problems in the field of Data engineering and building a product that will be used by developers across the world.

You are:

• Continuously refining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure with a sharp focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Managing, monitoring, and scaling SQL & Linux servers, and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters to guarantee high availability.
• Leading technical infrastructure initiatives (architecture design, testing, monitoring, security) and partnering with product engineering teams on complex architecture needs.
• Collaborate closely with our Platform Team to evaluate, iterate, and execute strategies that drive DevOps best practices organization-wide.
