GlassFlow, a Berlin-based startup, is seeking a fullstack engineer to design and implement web applications and work closely with the CTO. You’ll join a small team tackling data engineering challenges and build a product used by developers worldwide.

You will receive real ownership through equity and contribute to shaping data streaming technology from day one, with growth opportunities and a strong tech stack. This role supports a flexible WFH policy.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in JavaScript and frontend frameworks (Next.js, React).
• Experience with Python and Golang is a plus.
• Experience with public or private clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Worked in fast-growing environments or early-stage startups.

GlassFlow is the data infrastructure for AI agents in production. It has two products: GlassFlow Tares, which feeds agents correlated data from every system they touch, and GlassFlow Rius, which traces and debugs what agents do once they're running.

Why is this role special

As one of the first fullstack engineers, you'll get to significant impact at GlassFlow. As a fullstack engineer, you will design and implement our web applications and collaborate directly with our CTO. You will join a small team solving challenging problems in the field of Data engineering and building a product that will be used by developers across the world.

Requirements
