We are seeking an experienced specialist to navigate Linux and Windows Server environments, with deep focus on containerization and automation. This role offers real impact on the software lifecycle and system architecture, within a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities include container management on Kubernetes, CI/CD automation with Ansible, shell and PowerShell, MS SQL and IIS maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring evolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012 R2+), MS SQL Server (2012+), and IIS 10.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (especially RHEL).
• Proficiency in administration across Windows and Linux (Docker).
• Scripting and automation skills (Ansible, shell, batch, PowerShell).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP).
• Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Splunk, Zabbix, Prometheus).
• Independent problem-solving and strong analytical thinking.
• English proficiency for technical docs and vendor comms.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Container Management: Administering Docker applications (Linux) on Kubernetes clusters.

• Automation: Eliminating repetitive tasks in the CI/CD deployment cycle for test and production environments using Ansible, shell, and PowerShell.

• System Maintenance: Managing MS SQL databases and web services.

• Monitoring: Configuring and continuously evolving our infrastructure monitoring systems.

• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, testers, sysadmins, and business stakeholders (back office).

What We Expect on Start:

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012 R2+), MS SQL Server (2012+), and IIS 10.

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (especially RHEL).

• Proficiency in application administration across both Windows and Linux (Docker) environments.

• Solid scripting and automation skills (Ansible, shell, batch, PowerShell).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP).

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, Nagios, Splunk, Zabbix, Prometheus).

• Independence in problem-solving and strong analytical thinking.

• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and communicating with software vendors.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure, and Docker/Podman.

• Hands-on experience with: Redis, Grafana, Prometheus, MongoDB.

• Understanding of PKI mechanisms and cryptography.

• Knowledge of multi-tier system architecture and Load Balancing mechanisms.
