Lumira Search is partnered with a neurovascular start-up based in Germany seeking a Clinical Specialist for Europe. The role is hybrid, combining home office work with clinical sites across the EU and substantial travel.

You will support the clinical implementation of neurovascular therapy, work with physicians and clinical teams, and help generate clinical evidence. Ideal candidates have neurovascular/field clinical engineering experience and strong training skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Clinical Specialist or Field Clinical Engineer in neurovascular or interventional devices.
• Hands-on support for implantable/interventional devices in stroke, aneurysm, thrombectomy or related neurovascular therapies.
• Strong understanding of angio suites, cath labs, or interventional settings.
• Proven ability to train clinicians and provide high quality support.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EU and work in a start-up/high-growth environment.

Lumira Search is partnered with a neurovascular start-up based in Germany as we look to recruit a Clinical Specialist for Europe. Our client has developed a new neurovascular mechanical thrombectomy method and is gearing up for a major clinical trial.

The role is open to candidates based anywhere in Western Europe. It is a hybrid working model between the home office and clinical sites across the EU, with extensive travel required.

The Role:

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the clinical implementation and ongoing use of the company's neurovascular therapy. You will work closely with physicians, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful therapy adoption, provide technical expertise, and contribute to clinical evidence generation.

In this fast-paced start-up environment, you will also collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at key scientific and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support during neurovascular procedures and therapy implementation
• Train and educate healthcare professionals (interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists) on the safe and effective use of the therapy system
• Support clinical studies, including site initiation, monitoring, and data collection activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, clinicians, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Act as a therapy and product expert, troubleshooting and optimizing outcomes in real-world settings, including in the cath lab/angio suite
• Partner with internal teams including Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial
• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and scientific meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Clinical Specialist / Field Clinical Engineer within neurovascular, interventional neuroradiology, or medical devices
• Hands-on experience supporting implantable or interventional devices, ideally within stroke, aneurysm, thrombectomy, or related neurovascular therapies
• Strong understanding of clinical environments and working within angio suites, cath labs, or interventional settings
• Ability to build relationships with clinicians and provide high-quality training and support
• Comfortable working in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EU
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
