Clinical Research Budget Analyst

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a budget and CTMS specialist to deepen knowledge of CRIO and its financial modules. You will partner with the Budget & Contract team to interpret clinical trial budgets and payment terms, enter data accurately, and support study lifecycle budgets.

This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Accounts Receivable, eSource Architects, and site teams to ensure prompt sponsor invoicing and clear financial guidance for studies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in or exposure to clinical research budgets.
• Experience using a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS); CRIO experience is a big plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand contract payment terms.
• Strong computer proficiency including Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain knowledge of CTMS/clinical applications platform CRIO, including its financial modules.
• Partner with Budget & Contract team to understand and interpret clinical trial budgets and payment terms.
• Identify potential collection challenges and provide input on mitigation strategies.
• Accurately enter clinical trial budgets and payment terms into CRIO.
• Work with eSource Architects to identify financial considerations when new studies are built in the system.
• Proactively manage study budgets throughout the study lifecycle.
• Participate in internal study kick-off meetings and provide CTMS configuration guidance to sites and Accounts Receivable.
• Develop and support processes improving communication between sites and Accounts Receivable and helping ensure prompt sponsor invoicing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRIO stipend module.
• Manage configuration requests and oversee the CRIO Finance inbox.
• Work with application vendors to troubleshoot issues, track enhancements, and monitor invoices.
• Build collaborative relationships across Finance, Clinical Operations, and other corporate teams.
