• Ability to independently perform on-site monitoring visits

• Experience working within a CRO environment is highly desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly

• Perform all monitoring activities including SIVs, IMVs and COVs
• Independently manage assigned investigative sites across the DACH region
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and applicable regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site personnel
• Support patient recruitment and site performance initiatives
• Review site documentation, data quality, and protocol compliance
• Prepare monitoring reports and maintain study documentation within required timelines

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CRA II to support studies across Germany. This is a permanent role, remote based and will require some onsite visits. The Opportunity
