Aufgaben

• Set the strategy for climate performance asset supply access across EAC, SAFc, and the secondary carbon market
• Evaluate and drive CEEZER's expansion into new climate performance assets from market assessment through transaction
• Trade climate performance assets, ensuring supply access, executing deals, negotiating prices and contracts, and structuring complex transactions
• Lead and grow the Climate Asset Development team, initially starting as a team of one
• Establish CEEZER's thought leadership on EAC and SAFc
• Translate policy and market trends into company-wide strategy and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, registries, and regulatory bodies
• Act as subject-matter expert in client conversations
• Drive company-wide projects and collaborate with Revenue, Supply, Operations, and Product
• Collect and structure data, quotes, and intelligence-provider inputs for analyses, forecasts, and decision-making
