  • You’re the first point of contact for our B2B global clients via email, phone, or chat.

  • You assist with questions about domains, certificates, DNS, and more.

  • You solve problems quickly and professionally with a smile in your voice.

  • You work closely with colleagues worldwide to find the best solutions for our global clients.

  • You build genuine client relationships and help ensure they feel well taken care of at CSC.


What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?


  • Must be fluent in both English and German or English and French. Any additional language skills would be a plus.

  • Experience working in a client-centric environment, industry or role (., retail, tourism, hospitality, or similar).

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think critically and be solution oriented.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to learn, adapt to, and discuss new technology.

  • Tenacity and agility to balance varying priorities and inquiries from internal and external clients.
