The Childcare Company, part of Impact Futures Group, is seeking a Client Partnership Manager with a strong sales background to drive growth in the Early Years sector. You will engage with providers across private, public and third sectors, building lasting relationships and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.

You will generate leads through outbound activity, qualify opportunities and conduct high-level discussions with stakeholders to tailor training solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant sales background in Early Years, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of healthcare sector and education/training market is advantageous.
• Experience across private, public and third sectors with funding for apprenticeships helpful.

Client Partnership Manager - Early Years

The Childcare Company part of Impact Futures Group are looking for a talented Client Partnership Manager with experience in sales

for the Early Years sector.

The Role

As a part of our Partnership team, you will be engaging on a B2C and BSB to small and medium sized CYP service providers, in the

private, public and 3rd sectors. You will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships through a consultative sales

method, whilst nurturing and growing existing client relationships. Your success will be determined by how proactive you are and

by how much value you create.

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be integral to the success of the overall commercial team; responsible for generating

and qualifying leads by following a proven prospecting and qualification methodology. You will identify and research lists of

companies to target and will create and deliver outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities. You will conduct

high-level conversations with key stakeholders about their training needs, uncovering strategies and challenges they may face to

develop a solution-based sell.

The role will involve

• Leading on new business activity and developing training solutions. The primary role for the Client Partnership Manager is to generate new business through networking, cold calling, proactive promotion and any other outbound activity generating interest from prospective clients. Planning, pipelining and adopting persuasive approaches and pitches to ensure Impact Futures stands out above others are all vital to the role.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences to grow pipeline and present feedback to the wider team regarding market insight and creative trends.
• Developing client proposals within a consultative approach.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Impact Futures, The Childcare Company and FRFA's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

About You

• Significant and proven sales background within the Early Years sector, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets
• Knowledge and experience of the healthcare sector and commercial and wider education and training market
• Knowledge of the Private, public and 3rd sector
• Knowledge of the funding FE funding, particularly apprenticeships, landscape in England
• Experience of developing and presenting solutions made bespoke to a client's needs through a consultative approach.
• Experience of effectively planning and tracking a sales process to achieve success
• A proven background in generating business via a variety of proactive, innovative methods inclusive of cold calling, networking, and leveraging and extending existing networks
• A full, clean UK Driving Licence and mode of transport
