About This Role

You’ll be a key part of our Account Management team in Berlin or Munich, driving the growth of our commercial partnerships in the German market across the Cashback, Community and Voucher verticals. Your work will shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms and help them make informed shopping decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to key retail partners.
• Negotiate and manage long‑term commercial agreements.
• Translate data into strategy: analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics and marketing teams to deliver partner solutions.
• Represent Atolls at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor, report and communicate results to ensure alignment with partner objectives.
• Own special initiatives to strengthen team expertise and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or client advisory, ideally in digital, marketing or e‑commerce.
• A passion for moving from advising to execution, owning growth strategies that deliver measurable impact.
• Strong structured problem‑solving with clear prioritization.
• Strategic storytelling: turning analytical findings into compelling narratives.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast‑moving environments.
