RIMOWA, the German Maison of the LVMH Group, is seeking an after-sales professional in Munich. You will handle first-class consultations, strengthen customer relationships and serve as the point of contact for after-sales topics, including repairs and communications with the technical team.

You will engage with clients across the lifecycle, from in-store consultations to post-purchase support, and contribute to a high‑quality service culture within the LVHM environment.

• A travel companion for life - our iconic products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, a demand we also place on our repairs. You will be responsible for first-class processing, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to our customers.
