Zusammenfassung

LCM Reinigung GmbH sucht Unterstützung für die Reinigung der Arbeitsplätze unserer Kunden in Deutschland. Die Stelle umfasst morgens von Montag bis Samstag jeweils 08:00 bis 10:00 Uhr und eignet sich gut neben Studium oder anderen Jobs.

Wir legen Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Bewerbung mit Nachweis der Arbeitsberechtigung in Deutschland wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Reinigung der Arbeitsplätze der Kunden.
• Reinigung von Personalbereichen und Toiletten.
• Auffüllen von Spendern, Papier und anderen Verbrauchsmaterialien.
• Müllbehälter leeren und ordnungsgemäß entsorgen.

Working hours: In the morning, from Monday to Saturday (08:00-10:00)

LCM Reinigung is a professional cleaning company that is represented in Germany and the Netherlands. With a total of more than 160 work objects and 400 employees, we offer various vacancies and are looking for employees who want to advance their career with us.

We offer:

• 34 holiday days per year (for 6 working days a week, Monday-Saturday contracts)

Tasks:

• Cleaning of our clients’ workplaces.
• Cleaning of staff areas and toilets
• Filling dispensers, paper or other consumables
• Emptying the rubbish bins

Requirements:

• Dynamic and proactive person
• Punctuality and reliability
• Residing in the area of the job offer
• Knowledge of Spanish, German or English
• We assume a well-groomed appearance
• Have the necessary documentation to work in Germany *

• Visa ( if not a European citizen, please include all pages)
• IBAN + BIC (must appear in the worker’s name. E.g.: a payment receipt, bank contract, mobile app capture, etc)
• Rentenversicherungsnummer (This is achieved by being registered as a worker for the first time in Germany, and appears on the payroll. If this is the first time, it will be provided by LCM when you are officially registered with us.)
• Krankenkasse (German insurance card. You need the card scanned on both sides, or the letter of registration with that insurance company).
• Steuerklasse (Can be ordered from the Finanzamt)
