Jobtailor is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents ages 5-17 via telehealth. The role emphasizes collaborative care with families and educational professionals, thorough assessment, and development of developmentally appropriate treatment plans.

You will maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards in demanding, crisis-prone situations.

Qualifikationen

• Active, independent licensure in New York as an LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), LP/LCP
• Associate therapists are not applicable
• Experience or certification in evidence-based pediatric and adolescent treatment modalities, such as TF-CBT, Play Therapy, or trauma-informed care
• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, diagnosis, and active listening skills
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, especially in telehealth, school-based services, outpatient mental health, or community mental health settings
• Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning
• Familiarity with developmentally appropriate interventions and family systems approaches
• Valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available

• Provide evidence-based therapy, case conceptualization, diagnosis, and treatment planning to children and adolescents ages 5-17
• Conduct assessments and develop developmentally appropriate care plans aligned with patient treatment goals
• Submit punctual, HIPAA-compliant documentation through TimelyCare's electronic health record
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educational professionals to coordinate holistic care
• Use evidence-based interventions including CBT, PCIT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, and SFBT
• Identify safety concerns, complete safety planning, and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Develop and maintain treatment goals with children, families, and relevant parties
• Adhere to documentation quality standards and ethical practice guidelines
• Establish individualized treatment plans and build rapport while maintaining appropriate boundaries
• Remain composed in high-stress scenarios and respond with empathy and professionalism
