To support this evolution, we are restructuring into a scalable Product-Tribe-Organisation, introducing a dedicated Go-to-Market (GTM) Tribe. We are looking for a visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to transition us from founder-led sales to a professionalized, process-driven revenue machine.
Reporting directly to the Founder / Managing Director, you will act as the strategic leader of the GTM Tribe. You will collaborate closely with the CPO and Engineering teams to ensure our market feedback loop remains continuous and effective.
