Consortia have partnered with a Stealth Mode start-up who are looking to shape the future of the MedTech space and a multi-billion pound industry in Germany, and now subsequently need a Chief Product Officer / Co-founder to join them on this mission.

You will join a number of top investors and founders who have been there and done it before with leading start-ups taking them through to IPO. You will dive straight into the CPO position and define their strategy and turn their vision into a reality by working closely with the founders to deliver critical goals to get the business up and running. You will be the key figure in the business and advising on all things product.

What will you be doing?

• Defining the go to market strategy for the business by getting into the minds of the users
• Creating amazing customer journeys for the stakeholders
• Building a world class product team from the ground up
• Looking at the product strategy from cradle to grave
• Working closely with the CEO to create a market leading product

What we are looking for?

• At least 3 years in a C-suite position with a high growth start-up or VC
• You know product management inside out and you are super passionate about it
• You understand the dynamics of a B2B / SaaS proposition
• You have been at the heart of setting up a product roadmap for a start-up
• Strong business leader. You have the ability to make big decisions
• Experience within the MedTech / HealthTech space is a bonus
• You need speak fluent German and English
