The Role

• We’re hiring a Chief of Staff, a sharp, execution-focused generalist who acts as the operational quarterback for the company
• This is a hands-on role for someone with 2–4 years of experience in consulting ( ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain) , who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and knows how to turn priorities into outcomes
• You’ll work side-by-side with the Co-Founders to drive focus, execution, and momentum across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO and CPO to drive focus, prioritization, and follow-through on key initiatives.
• Act as the central connector across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Run executive cadences : weekly leadership meetings, project trackers, action items, and decision follow-ups.
• Own planning and logistics for leadership offsites, board and investor prep, and internal communications.
• Track company OKRs and priorities, ensuring accountability and forward momentum.
• Support high-impact GTM and special projects (dashboards, CRM hygiene, funnel visibility, ad-hoc analysis).
• Help shape the culture and rhythm of our Hamburg or Munich office, rituals, events, and team energy.
• Be the go-to problem solver for operational blockers before they slow the team down.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Exceptional project management, communication, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable operating with incomplete information and moving fast
• Strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
• Bonus : familiarity with GTM tools, dashboards, and CRMs (HubSpot)
