You’ll work directly with the Co-CEOs to drive strategic priorities and build the operational systems that let us scale smoothly.

Strategic Projects

• Lead and execute initiatives that unlock growth—new products, markets, partnerships, pricing, or go-to-market strategies.
• Own initiatives from loose ideas to final outcomes.

Operational Scale

• Build the internal systems that let us grow without dropping quality.
• Design automated processes across teams and domains.
• Work closely with product to enhance our platform.
