Opportunity

Now we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will help us maintain sustainable growth while reducing CAC by strengthening our performance marketing and influencer channels and launching new acquisition streams such as SEO and Partnerships.

What you will do
  • Drive strategy and optimization for paid advertising channels (Facebook Google TikTok YouTube)
  • Scale influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships systematically
  • Launch and grow SEO and Partnership Marketing as new acquisition channels
  • Establish advanced attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
  • Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels using data-driven decision making
  • Manage and develop specialists across User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Analytics and Partnership Development
  • Build operational excellence through systematic planning, execution, tracking and team retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Head of Content Marketing on integrated campaigns and content-performance synergies

Requirements
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) with a proven ROI optimization track record
  • Experience launching and scaling new performance marketing channels including SEO, Partnerships and Influencer Marketing
  • Strong analytical background with practical experience in multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing and advanced performance measurement
  • Team leadership experience developing marketing specialists and driving measurable performance improvements
  • Product-minded approach to marketing with a focus on user journey optimization and lifecycle metrics
  • Experience working across international markets, ideally including LATAM
Bonus points for
  • EdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cycles
