Location - Hybrid. Ideally based in the UK or Europe, with regular time spent in Dubai alongside the Founder and broader team. Flexibility exists for exceptional candidates.

About the job

Are you a senior growth & marketing leader who thinks in markets, customers and P&Ls – not just channels and campaigns? Do you know how to take a product with cult like love and turn it into a global, category-defining consumer brand, driven by sharp DTC economics and a world class growth engine?

Our client is a fast-scaling consumer health business with category-defining products, a fiercely loyal community and strong profitability across the GCC. They’re now gearing up for their next chapter: expanding across new markets (UK, Europe, US), deepening their ecosystem, and turning momentum into a durable, global growth story.

To do that, they’re hiring their first Chief Growth Officer – a senior business leader who will sit at the heart of the leadership team and own the growth and marketing agenda end to end.

This is not a head of acquisition or a Performance Marketing "Individual Contributor" role. This is a C-suite growth & marketing role, with full responsibility for brand, demand and DTC/ecommerce performance.

The Opportunity

You will be the most experienced commercial growth and marketing leader in the business, responsible for:

  • Setting and owning the growth and marketing strategy across markets, channels and products.
  • Turning strong product–market fit and brand love into disciplined, scalable DTC revenue and customer LTV.
  • Building the growth & marketing organisation – performance, lifecycle, content/creative, CRO, analytics.
  • Acting as a thought partner to the Founder, shaping decisions on where and how the brand grows next.

You will join a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team where your voice carries real weight in decisions on brand, growth, customer strategy, market entry and investment.

Ideal for someone who has:

  • Led multi-year growth journeys for consumer brands (ideally health, wellness, beauty or food) with a strong DTC/ecom core.
  • Held C-suite or VP-level ownership for growth/marketing/revenue with clear accountability for DTC revenue, CAC, LTV, AOV and contribution margins.
  • Built and led multi-disciplinary growth & marketing teams across performance media, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, onsite trading, content/creative and analytics.
  • Designed and run a growth operating model: growth rooms, test backlogs, experimentation sprints, performance reviews, planning & forecasting – all firmly anchored on DTC/ecom metrics.
  • Worked in omnichannel environments (DTC plus retail/distributors/partners), partnering with sales/commercial teams to drive demand and support sell-in/sell-through.
  • Partnered closely with Founders/CEOs and COOs – you drive demand, brand and economics; ops own supply chain, logistics and internal operations.
  • Presented confidently at board level, using data and customer insight to frame growth choices and investment decisions.

What You’ll Lead

  • Define and own the growth and marketing strategy across DTC and partner channels.
  • Set clear objectives for awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and customer value across priority markets.

DTC & Ecommerce Performance

  • Own DTC performance: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat, subscription and overall LTV.
  • Lead performance media, onsite trading, CRO (LPs, PDPs, offers) and experimentation, working with product/tech where needed.

Brand, Content & Creators

  • Shape the brand growth strategy – ensuring every campaign, piece of content and creator partnership ladders up to clear commercial outcomes.
  • Translate founder-led PR moments and partnerships into measurable reach, acquisition and retention.

Lifecycle, CRM & Customer Value

  • Build a sophisticated lifecycle engine: segmentation, journeys, triggers, win-back, loyalty, referral.
  • Lift repeat mix and LTV with a strong test‑and‑learn culture across email, SMS, in‑app and other owned channels.

Growth Organisation & Cadence (Marketing, not ops)

  • Build and lead a growth & marketing organisation, not a back‑office ops team.
  • Establish the rhythms that matter for growth: weekly growth forums, campaign reviews, test read‑outs, and DTC performance reviews.
  • Select and govern agencies (performance, creative, CRO, analytics) against clear growth outcomes.

Market Expansion

  • Turn GCC learnings into repeatable playbooks for UK/EU (and later US): positioning, offers, channels, creator strategies and launch calendars.
  • Partner with commercial/sales teams to support distributors and retail launches with data‑driven GTM plans and post‑launch optimisation.

Founder & Board Partnership

  • Act as a key sparring partner to the Founder on brand, growth, markets and funding narrative.
  • Shape the growth story for investors and the board, with clear metrics, milestones and upside scenarios.

About You

You are a business leader of growth & marketing, not a channel specialist.

You’ve operated at C‑suite / VP level, owning brand, demand and DTC performance, and you’re comfortable being "the adult in the room" on everything to do with customers, growth and commercial return from marketing.

You bring:

  • High commercial and customer IQ – you instinctively connect brand, demand and economics.
  • Gravitas and presence – you can lead peers, coach senior talent and influence boards.
  • A low‑ego, collaborative style – you respect what the Founder has built and know how to amplify it.
  • The ability to create focus and cadence for growth teams, without straying into operations or back‑office ownership.

Compensation

Competitive C‑suite package: base salary, bonus and equity.
