A leading DTC consumer health brand is seeking a Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to spearhead their global expansion. This C-suite role entails developing strategic growth initiatives, optimizing DTC performance, and building a comprehensive marketing organization. Candidates should have multi-year growth experience with consumer brands, ideally in health or wellness, and possess a proven track record in DTC revenue management. A competitive C-suite package awaits the right candidate who can work collaboratively with the Founder and lead the marketing agenda effectively.

Location - Hybrid. Ideally based in the UK or Europe, with regular time spent in Dubai alongside the Founder and broader team. Flexibility exists for exceptional candidates.

Are you a senior growth & marketing leader who thinks in markets, customers and P&Ls – not just channels and campaigns? Do you know how to take a product with cult like love and turn it into a global, category-defining consumer brand, driven by sharp DTC economics and a world class growth engine?
Our client is a fast-scaling consumer health business with category-defining products, a fiercely loyal community and strong profitability across the GCC. They’re now gearing up for their next chapter: expanding across new markets (UK, Europe, US), deepening their ecosystem, and turning momentum into a durable, global growth story.
To do that, they’re hiring their first Chief Growth Officer – a senior business leader who will sit at the heart of the leadership team and own the growth and marketing agenda end to end.
This is not a head of acquisition or a Performance Marketing "Individual Contributor" role. This is a C-suite growth & marketing role, with full responsibility for brand, demand and DTC/ecommerce performance.
