Your mission

As Chief Financial Office (m / f / d) you will be responsible for fully overseeing and managing all financial activities across our legal entities. With a hands‑on mentality you will ensure financial integrity, strategic planning and compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the overall growth and profitability of the organization. The administration team will report to the CFO.

  • Lead and manage the finance departments of all group entities.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards.
  • Take responsibility in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Manage cash flow, investments and capital structure.
  • Support project financing including guarantees, bonds and letters of credit.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive project controlling including evaluation of KPIs.
  • Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across jurisdictions.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance activities.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a multinational environment for at least 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and corporate finance (especially HGB and IFRS).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Presence in either the Berlin or Dubai headquarters.
