Responsibilities

• Work with the EMEA CFO and Cluster GM and their leadership team to develop, set and implement the strategic direction to ensure optimal financial performance
• Assess and propose a strategy for managing the critical balance sheet and profit components including capital and liquidity.
• Development and implementation of effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver the regions planning and monitoring requirements
• Responsible for ensuring that local regulatory / tax filings are complete and on time and any tax audits are appropriately managed to work together with regional Tax and Accounting teams

Requirements

• Accomplished finance individual with strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, US GAAP reporting and with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis to drive business performance
• Able to work cohesively in a matrix structure supporting the Finance Centre by providing day-to-day management/support of the in-country finance individuals.
• In-depth understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), U.S. GAAP and Local GAAP accounting, a qualified accountant and/or MBA.
