Finatal, a private equity-backed industrial company in Southern Germany, seeks an entrepreneurial Chief Financial & Corporate Officer to assume full CFO responsibility.

You will build and lead a high-performing finance function, expand corporate capabilities (IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Insurance) and establish robust reporting, planning and governance as the company transitions to an independent, agile mid-market operating model.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a CFO, Chief Financial & Corporate Officer or Senior Finance Director.
• Proven track record of building a finance function.
• Experience in a carve-out, stand-alone setup or comparable transformation.
• Background in a manufacturing or asset-intensive business.
• Experience in a private equity environment.
• Strong hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mid-market mindset.
• Willingness to take responsibility beyond the traditional finance remit.
