Enterprise Quality Assurance for AI

About Us

Ailusive develops the first platform that connects certifiers with AI deployers on one shared workflow. We build regulatory compliant NLP evaluation technologies for LLMs and Conversational AI. We enable developers, auditors and organizations to validate their AI systems scientifically based on international standards.

Founded by an experienced compliance technologist with 8+ years in NLP and international AI regulation and a strong industry network, and a senior engineer with etrepreneurial experience, we have already achieved initial success with leading TICs (DEKRA) and industry partners (Philips). Now we need You for commercial growth!

Your mission

As Business Co-Founder, you will shape our external growth strategy. You will develop the go-to-market approach, build customer relationships and lay the foundation for scaling – from the first pilot projects to enterprise license contracts.

Your focus:
  • Go-to-market strategy for complex B2B markets (TICs, regulated companies that use AI internally, AI providers)
  • Sales & customer growth - from outreach to deal closure and customer success
  • Strategic partnerships with compliance companies, AI providers and regulatory authorities
  • Fundraising – investor relations and traction narrative
What you bring with you
  • 3-5 years B2B sales or GTM experience in SaaS/Enterprise Tech (also more experience)
  • Success in complex markets - ideally Compliance, AI, Finance, Healthcare or Legal
  • Relationship-building skills with customers, partners and investors
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you deal confidently with ambiguity and play an active role in shaping it
  • Storytelling talent for customers and investors
Bonus points:
  • Experience with compliance tools or AI infrastructure
  • Familiarity with EU regulation (AI Act, GDPR)
  • Existing networks in government or regulated industries

  • Co-founder equity with range between 4%-8% (negotiable depending on experience and timing), spin-off is planned with investor capital in Q1 2026 - salary payments negotiable thereafter
