Responsibilities
  • You can utilize the full range of your skills. Whether à la carte, menu or buffet
  • You work independently at the relevant station and/or in the front kitchen
  • You ensure professional product storage and cold store control
  • You check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise
  • You pay attention to cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
  • You actively support the preparation and cooking of daily meals for staff catering

  • Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) and relevant professional experience
  • Enthusiasm for modern, innovative cuisine
