Qualifikationen

  • Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
  • Up to date HACCP and Manual Handling certs are essential; training can be provided.
  • Willingness to learn and excel in their position.

  • Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations.
  • Provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and customers.
  • Cater for breakfast, lunch, and evening services for large groups.

Benefits Of working as a Chef for us:
  • Pay rate starting at €16ph and is negotiable after starting.
  • Paid Weekly and for every hour you do.
  • Bike to work scheme.
  • on site parking.
  • Chef will be able to prepare for lunch and evening service.
  • Chef will be able to cater for 100 to 150 pax breakfast buffet style.
  • Catering for Lunch and evening service 30-50 pax.
  • Shift is 5 over 7 and every 3rd weekend off.
  • Shift is 8-4 day time hours.
  • Holiday Pay.
  • Full time hours that suit Chef.
  • Opportunity to develop with new experiences gained.
  • Work with other great Chefs and the team in the kitchen.
What do we expect of our newest Chef?
  • Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Our Chef must provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all the customer's needs.
  • Willingness to learn and excel in their position.
  • Up to date HACCP and Manual Handling certs are essential – (We can provide training for these).
  • Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
  • Must be a good team player to work with relief team.
  • Must have a passion to create high quality food.
  • Must have the enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
