Your profile
Market & Industry Expertise (Must-have)
- Deep understanding of the German and international legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, judiciary, notaries, insolvency administrators, tax advisors)
- Strong knowledge of the LegalTech landscape: trends, innovations, key players, business models, and market dynamics
- Familiarity with legal workflows and pain points – ideally through legal education or long‑term experience in the legal industry
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, BRAO, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Existing networks in the LegalTech ecosystem are a plus
Professional Skills
- Experience in channel and strategic alliance management
- Background in B2B sales of complex software solutions (LegalTech preferred)
- Tech‑savvy with SaaS and API integration knowledge
- Experience in public affairs or association work is desirable
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for networking events and on‑site team days in Karlsruhe (approximately 2–5 days per month on average)

Your mission
Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain national and international business and technology alliances.
- Identify, acquire, and close new strategic partnerships for STP Group
- Expand our solution portfolio through innovative collaborations
Go‑to‑Market & Sales Support
- Drive joint GTM activities and define shared business plans with alliance partners
- Support sales in joint customer opportunities and conduct regular partner meetings
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for partner success
Advocacy & Networking
- Represent STP in industry associations, committees, and with political stakeholders
- Build presence at LegalTech events, conferences, and innovation networks
- Maintain relationships with thought leaders and decision‑makers in the LegalTech ecosystem
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Develop an alliance strategy framework aligned with corporate goals
Application process

- Case: After successfully completing the interview, you’ll receive a task to prepare and present in the second conversation.
