This is more than just a sales role. It’s a key position that will see you act as the main point of contact between our organisation and a network of highly skilled partners working on cutting-edge projects in aviation, hydro-meteorology, and environmental science.

What You’ll Do

Partner Management

Own and manage the full partner lifecycle – from enquiries to quotations, sales, returns, and in-region visits.

Set, monitor, and review partner performance against clear growth targets.

Guide and support partners to select the right solutions that fit their project needs.

Develop and maintain detailed key account plans.

Foster long‑term, trust‑based relationships with both new and existing partners.

Lead due diligence and onboarding for new partners.

Engage with group companies, research institutions, and leading industry stakeholders to enhance our brand visibility and influence.

Operational & Technical Excellence

Provide technical guidance and product information to internal teams, including production and manufacturing.

Keep up to date with the latest developments in our products, services, and industry innovations.

Contribute across departments as needed to support company growth and collaboration.

Travel

Represent Campbell Scientific across the EMEA region with regular multi‑day trips (up to 25% travel).

Participate in key partner and industry meetings in the UK and abroad.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in channel/partner management, technical sales, or business development.

A strategic thinker with a customer‑first mindset and excellent relationship‑building skills.

Strong understanding of scientific, environmental, or technology‑based markets (preferred).

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
