About the Opportunity

A leading consumer products organization is seeking a Change Manager to support a strategic Product Data Transformation Initiative that is foundational to the company's long-term growth strategy. This newly created role will lead organizational change efforts associated with product data modernization, product hierarchy restructuring, and taxonomy transformation initiatives. The Change Manager will partner closely with Product Development, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure in greenfield environments, and can quickly establish strong relationships across complex organizations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
