Zusammenfassung

TÜV SÜD Group is seeking a Change Manager to drive large-scale Business & IT and ERP transformation programs. You will develop and execute change strategies to secure stakeholder alignment, minimize resistance, and foster adaptability and innovation.

In this role you will collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners, act as trusted advisor to leadership, and shape communications, trainings, and KPI tracking for successful adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, ERP implementations, process reengineering).
• Knowledge of change management frameworks.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, training and facilitation.
• Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages.
• Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments.
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
