Job Description

Join Our Team as a Certification Analyst! Are you fluent in English, Italian and Dutch, and interested in assurance, auditing, and certification within a social and regulatory context? We are looking for a motivated Certification Analyst to support certification and audit processes for organisations operating in socially relevant supply chains and assurance systems. In this role, you will contribute to independent certification and audit activities by assessing compliance against defined standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with international clients, auditors, and internal experts, ensuring that certification decisions are well‑founded, consistent, and based on evidence. Your work will involve reviewing audit reports, analysing documentation and data, clarifying findings with stakeholders, and supporting transparent, credible certification outcomes. You will be part of an international, interdisciplinary team committed to high‑quality assurance services and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working, who is comfortable operating in a regulated environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Job Share: Full‑time (38.5 hours per week) – 12 months contract
  • Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
  • Salary: Collective Bargaining Agreement "Groß- & Außenhandel NRW” Category V / Analyst‑level
  • Start date: 1 March 2026 or as soon as possible
Tasks
  • Act as account manager for assigned customers in the assigned region and languages
  • Actively communicate with applicants and certified customers, providing necessary information and addressing the specific needs of key accounts
  • Oversee designated customers and services and applying the assurance methods defined within the respective assurance scheme
  • Perform analysis of assessment reports or data sets to support the production of insights and conclusions
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of assurance processes and contribute to cross‑functional projects within FLOCERT
  • Assist in the performance evaluation of auditors
  • Enter and maintain accurate and timely data on all platforms and for all assigned data sets
  • Assist in identifying and delivering new assurance services as required
Profile
  • University degree (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science, or related fields
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in an office and customer‑oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); Dutch would be a strong asset
  • Strong dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Previous work experience in an international environment is advantageous
  • Excellent team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Dedicated working style with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask with a focus on detail and timely delivery
  • Fluency in any other European language (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong motivation and commitment to credible social certification and assurance principles
