Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a remote Restoration Estimator to prepare detailed, defendable estimates for residential, commercial, and large-loss projects across multiple brands. You will leverage field documentation, photos, moisture data, and reports to generate accurate, compliant quotes.

With at least five years in restoration and two years in estimating, you will work independently in a fully remote environment, using Xactimate and industry standards to maximize billable opportunities while meeting

• Minimum of five (5) years in restoration industry experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional estimating experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Xactimate.
• Experience writing estimates across multiple restoration service lines.
• Ability to interpret field documentation and develop complete restoration estimates.
• Strong understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and emergency services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
