Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Catholic Worship Director/Musician for the Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base Chapel. The role entails planning, coordinating, and performing music for Catholic worship services, as well as leading the choir and congregational singing. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a Catholic worship setting and proficiency in both piano and organ.

Strong communication skills in English and an understanding of Catholic liturgical practices are essential.

Job Title: Catholic Worship Director/Musician

Location: Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base Chapel

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform music for Catholic worship services and special events
• Select music in accordance with the Catholic liturgical calendar and Church guidelines
• Provide piano and organ accompaniment during services
• Lead and direct choir and congregational singing
• Conduct regular rehearsals with volunteer musicians and vocalists
• Coordinate all music selections with the Catholic chaplain for approval at least 72 hours in advance
• Recruit, organize, and supervise volunteer musicians and singers
• Ensure all music and media usage complies with copyright regulations

Qualifications
