DöhlerGroup, a global producer of natural ingredients and integrated solutions, is seeking a market/segment leader in our commercial team in Darmstadt. You will develop and implement market segment plans, own business results, analyze data with sales, and drive initiatives with business units to create food concepts.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on, customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English, with German being a plus.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the commercial sector (Sales, Market Segments, Product Management) ideally in the food industry
• Hands-on mentality and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, effective and independent way of working
• Creativity, passion and commitment in implementing innovative ideas
• International personality and experience with working in matrix organizations (cross-functional work)
• Convincing and inspiring presentation skills that motivate other people
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Business fluent in English, German is a significant plus
