Jetfly is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance technician with an EASA Part-66 B1 license to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across our business aviation fleet. The role requires trouble-shooting, component installation, and timely AMOS updates to reflect work performed.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience with complex systems, and the ability to work across departments while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Holder of an EASA Part-66 Category B1 License.
• Complete training in Human Factors, Part-145 Initial/Refresher, EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and broad understanding of aircraft systems.
• Experience with complex technical systems and maintenance activities.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per EASA Part-145.
• Identify malfunctions and troubleshoot to rectify issues.
• Assemble and install aircraft components and equipment.
• Update AMOS System to reflect maintenance activities.
• Release aircraft in compliance with regulations and airworthiness.
• Report work in progress, defects, or delays.
• Supervise CAT-A technicians as required.
• Maintain tools and keep work area clean.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance acc. EASA Part-145.
• You identify malfunctions and damage, perform troubleshooting, and ensure their professional rectification.
• Assembling and installing Aircraft components and equipment.
• Ensure that the AMOS System is updated on a regular basis in order to reflect maintenance activities, component changes and manhours.
• Upon completion of the work, you release aircraft in compliance with regulations and ensure their airworthiness.
• Report work in progress, defects, problems, or delays.
• Make sure that assigned tools are maintained in a good condition.
• Keep the work environment in a clean and safe condition.
• Supervision and guidance of CAT-A technicians as required.

Profile

• Holder of an EASA Part-66 Category B1 License.
• Completed Human Factors, Part-145 Initial/Refresher, EWIS Initial/Refresher, and Fuel Tank Safety Initial/Refresher training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.
• Extensive experience working with complex technical systems and performing aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Good knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements, including familiarity with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Part-145.
• Previous experience in Business Aviation environments is considered an asset.
• Basic understanding of PC networking technologies and IT-related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AMOS Maintenance Management System is advantageous.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Well-organized and methodical, with a structured approach to work and strong awareness of cost-effective practices.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work early and late shifts as operational requirements dictate.

• Capable of collaborating effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
