Zurich Insurance in the UK is seeking Claims Handlers to join the Casualty Claims teams in Birmingham. You will actively manage a portfolio of Public Liability, Product Liability and Employers Liability claims and determine policy coverage on claims intimated.

Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to work under pressure with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for customers.

• A lack of previous casualty claims handling experience is not barrier.
