The ideal candidate has at least one year of case management or processing experience, strong Microsoft Office and data-entry skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities. Some Saturday work may be required.

Job Description

We are looking for a Case Review Analyst to review cases completed by case workers, determining benefit eligibility, document errors, and provide detailed feedback regarding cases. This position is a full-time, long-term opportunity that is onsite in Newark, DE .

What You’ll Do

• Strong working knowledge of Federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policy related to how the public assistance programs are administered by the Division of Social Services
• Investigate and document constituent complaints
• Identify fraud or abuse in the public assistance programs, and know how to report it appropriately
• Review cases completed by case workers determining benefit eligibility
• Document errors and provide detailed feedback regarding cases
• Provide details regarding training opportunities based on error trends to management
• Maintain confidentiality in all situations
• Communicate with clients regarding their case as necessary
• Provide answers to questions from Case Workers regarding cases at hand
• Any further duties assigned by management

Physical Demands

$20 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
