Job summary

Eurokontakt is seeking an empathetic caregiver for a kind senior couple (both 90) living in Doberschütz near Leipzig. You will support daily activities to ensure comfort and safety in their home.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, dressing, mobility assistance with rollator and wheelchair for outdoors, medication reminders, hydration, meal prep, light housework, and shopping. A private apartment on the property with its own bathroom, kitchen, Wi‑Fi and TV is provided.

Qualifications

• Non-smoker outside the residents' living area.
• Driving license desirable; automatic car available.

Job description

We are looking for an empathetic caregiver for a kind senior couple (both 90 years old) in Doberschütz, near Leipzig. The seniors require support with daily activities to ensure comfort and safety in their home.

Responsibilities include assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, mobility support (both use a rollator, one senior also a wheelchair for outdoors), reminding about medication and hydration, meal preparation, light household tasks, and shopping. Larger grocery runs are handled by the son.

The caregiver will reside in a separate, small apartment on the property, equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV. The location is quiet and green, with a lake just 500m away. An automatic car and an e-bike are available. An S-Bahn station is 1 km away, and shops are within 2 km.

The assignment starts on October 19, 2026. We are seeking someone who will joyfully and dedicatedly support this lovely couple.
