Job summary

Marabu Airlines in Germany seeks an experienced A320neo Captain to lead flight operations on a modern Airbus A320neo fleet in an international, multicultural environment. You will join a cockpit focused on safety, efficiency and passenger service.

This full-time role offers fixed-base contracting with commuting options, competitive pay from day one, generous vacation (35 days) and comprehensive crew support and training.

Qualifications

• ATPL (A) license is required.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
• A320 type rating is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight operations on the A320neo.

This is a full-time position with fixed-base and commuting options available.

• Valid EASA ATPL (A) license
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid A320 type rating
• Minimum 3000 hours total flying time
• Minimum 1000 hours on Airbus A32F aircraft
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on Airbus A32F aircraft
• Minimum 2000 hours PIC total time
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach to operations
