The Capital Markets division is intricately organised into specialised domains encompassing equity and debt origination, loans, structuring, risk management, and syndication. These functions operate within distinct business units such as: Debt Capital Markets (GTC), Risk Solutions Group (GTC), Equity Capital Markets (CM), and Leveraged Finance (CM) and Syndicate (CM). This area of our business presents a dynamic landscape of opportunities and challenges that arrive in diverse forms. Regardless of the specific area of internship, participants gain knowledge from industry experts, deeply engage with the company's culture, and actively contribute to tangible projects. Throughout your off-cycle internship, you will have the privilege of learning from seasoned professionals, immersing yourself in the organisational culture, and actively participating in substantial projects. To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year of your degree, in any discipline. Language requirements: fluent in English and German. Ideally, you’ll have a keen interest in business and finance and a curiosity to learn.
