Description

RBC is offering a unique internship opportunity to spend up to 3-6 months in Frankfurt working as part of a small integrated team across different business areas such as Investment Banking (M&A, Financing) & Corporate Banking.

The role of the intern is to support in the daily work of the team, this includes preparing presentations for client meetings, working on financial models and company valuations and conducting research on various adhoc topics. As a key member of a small functional team, working in an international environment, the position will offer the opportunity for a wide range of experiences including execution of live transactions and client marketing.

As well as benefiting from on-going training and mentoring, you will also have the opportunity to spend a couple of weeks with our Investment Banking team in London.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding academic records, proven analytical skills, a demonstrated interest in finance and a history of participation in extracurricular activities. Other essential qualities we look for include strong oral and written communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, initiative, curiosity and the ability to play a key role as a team member in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
