Admiral Group plc is seeking a Senior Capital & Impairment Manager to join Admiral Money's Financial Risk team. The role leads impairment, forecasting, stress testing and capital analytics across unsecured personal loans, motor finance and mortgages, with strategic influence and governance responsibilities.
You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with Finance, Treasury and Credit Risk, and contribute to prudential risk management and capital resilience.
We are looking for a Senior Capital & Impairment Manager to join our Financial Risk team. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for the development and oversight of Admiral Money's impairment, forecasting, stress testing and capital analytics capabilities across unsecured personal loans, motor finance and mortgages. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, strategic influence and governance responsibilities. You will lead a team responsible for model development, forecasting, reporting and insight generation, ensuring outputs are robust, well-governed and support effective business decision-making. Acting as a senior subject matter expertise and trusted adviser, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk and the wider business to provide insight into financial risk exposures and emerging trends. The role also plays a key part in supporting the firm's broader prudential risk management framework, including funding and liquidity risk oversight, warehouse structures, covenant monitoring and capital resilience assessments. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in our Cardiff Office 2 days a week minimum.
