We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Campaigns and Content Manager who will lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all 360° marketing campaigns at Glow25 — from brand moments and product launches to seasonal activations and performance pushes across all digital channels.
In addition to campaign management, you will support hands‑on content management across our digital stores to ensure consistent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments and combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline.
360° Campaign Management: You lead the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns—from strategy and planning to execution and retrospective. You orchestrate all teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and consistently across every channel and market.
Shopify Content Management: You own content updates across all store instances, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution during key launches. You manage onsite changes, QA, and asset coordination to keep our digital presence aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
Strategic & Analytical Contribution: You bring customer insights, competitive learnings, and performance data into campaign planning. You identify optimization opportunities across channels and formats to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Reporting & Evaluation: You lead post‑campaign reviews, transforming results into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You track operational KPIs to strengthen alignment, readiness, and execution quality across teams.
