The Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist you’ll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted consultant guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic fast‑paced international environment

What We’re Looking For

• German at C2 level high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if it’s digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical and time‑management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
