Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Campaign Orchestration (Patient) for Epilepsy and Movement Disorders to lead omnichannel patient engagement strategies.

The Associate Director, Campaign Orchestration (Patient) – Epilepsy and Movement Disorders (EMD), enables scalable, coordinated omnichannel engagement by translating EMD patient and caregiver strategies into personalized, orchestrated interactions across channels and moments of the care journey. This role reports to the Director of Campaign Orchestration and partners closely with brand strategy, medical, analytics, field engagement, market access, patient support, and enterprise CX teams to align cross-functional priorities and deliver cohesive, patient-centric omnichannel campaigns supporting the broader EMD strategy.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep understanding of EMD patient needs, behaviors, care pathways, sites of care, and patient / caregiver dynamics to inform orchestration decisions.
  • Shape execution of cross‑functional engagement strategy for the EMD franchise by influencing orchestration principles, resolving tradeoffs, and ensuring patient strategies are executed cohesively.
  • Orchestrate coordinated, omnichannel patient campaigns that translate EMD franchise strategies into integrated engagement plans aligned to patient and caregiver journeys.
  • Apply next‑best‑action frameworks and orchestration logic to sequence and prioritize patient and caregiver touchpoints across channels to improve relevance, continuity, and outcomes.
  • Own delivery of patient orchestration needs, translating strategy into sequenced cross-channel engagement.
  • Define and oversee patient-focused media strategy (branded, non-branded, and unbranded) for the EMD franchise, including channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign planning aligned to omnichannel and brand priorities.
  • Drive patient media activation and performance, including search, cross-channel buying, and tentpole campaign coordination; partner with Customer Analytics & Insights and Customer Orchestration teams to track and improve performance (e.g., MMA, social listening, IQVIA).
  • Leverage global capabilities, standards, and tools to enable scalable and consistent patient campaign execution and reduce duplication.
  • Use performance, engagement, and patient experience insights to continuously refine sequencing, identify risks, and improve effectiveness across EMD integrated campaigns.
  • Track and manage key performance indicators, escalating risks and issues as appropriate to support patient and business outcomes.
  • Provide structured feedback to strengthen enterprise CX and patient orchestration standards based on learnings from EMD.

Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with brand, medical, analytics, field engagement, market access, patient support, and enterprise CX teams to align patient priorities, manage interdependencies, and enable consistent delivery across the EMD therapy area.
  • Share patient insights, risks, and learnings with CX peers and leadership to drive alignment and continuous improvement in patient engagement approaches.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in omnichannel patient campaign orchestration, with the ability to design and execute coordinated engagement plans for the EMD franchise.
  • Ability to translate EMD patient and caregiver strategy into practical orchestration requirements, workstreams, and execution plans within a matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in using patient engagement, performance, and experience data to inform orchestration decisions and continuously refine patient journeys.
  • Experience leveraging enterprise CX platforms, data inputs, and global capability products to enable scalable, repeatable patient execution and reduce manual coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own complex, cross‑functional patient orchestration initiatives from strategy through execution.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in omnichannel campaign orchestration, campaign planning, or related CX capabilities within a pharmaceutical organization.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics

Working Requirements:

  • 20-30% travel will be required.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
