Buying Labs GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a Buying & Sales Assistant - Beauty to join our team. You will support our Senior Buyers and Senior Sales Managers, managing a defined portfolio of premium brands and collaborating with international clients and suppliers.

If you hold a degree in textile studies or business administration and have initial buying or sales experience in beauty or fashion, you’ll fit in.

Qualifications

• Degree in textile studies, business administration, or related field, or relevant vocational training.
• Initial professional experience in buying or sales, ideally within beauty or fashion.
• Passion for beauty, sales, and buying.
• Proactive, open-minded, and a true team player.
• Conscientious with reliability and attention to detail.
• Strong enthusiasm, presentation skills, and numerical understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HLOOKUP.
• Fluency in English and German in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Buyers and Senior Sales Managers in managing a defined portfolio of premium and luxury brands.
• Prepare and manage supplier offers and purchase orders; handle client offers and orders.
• Coordinate with national and international clients and suppliers.
• Confirm order quantities, track budgets, and review order data.
• Prepare and maintain reports; analyze market and pricing potential.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas.

We are currently looking for an Buying & Sales Assistant - Beauty (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office.

Your Mission

• You will support our Senior Buyers and Senior Sales Managers in managing a defined portfolio of premium and luxury brands while working closely with international clients and suppliers.
• On the buying side, you will prepare and manage supplier offers and purchase orders. On the sales side, you will handle client offers, orders, and related services.
• You will support communication and coordination with national and international clients and suppliers.
• You will ensure the confirmation of order quantities, track the corresponding budgets, and review relevant order data.
• You will prepare and maintain reports, analyze market and pricing potential, and have the opportunity to manage your own projects.
• You will identify opportunities to improve existing processes, develop creative solutions, and actively contribute your ideas.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in textile studies, business administration, or a related field, or have completed relevant vocational training.
• You have gained initial professional experience in buying or sales, ideally within the beauty and/or fashion industry.
• You are passionate about beauty, sales, and buying.
• You are proactive, open-minded, and a true team player.
• You work conscientiously and demonstrate a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
• You stand out through your enthusiasm, strong presentation skills, and excellent numerical understanding.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and functions such as HLOOKUP are familiar to you.
• Fluency in both English and German in a professional environment completes your profile.
