Business Transformation Lead (f/m/d) – SAP S/4HANA & E2E Process Transformation

A Snapshot of Your Day

As Business Transformation Lead (f/m/d), you will manage our SAP S/4HANA implementation program within Transformation of Industry – Steam Turbines and Generators (TI STG) as part of our digital transformation journey. This role involves coordinating business activities, optimizing cross‑functional interfaces, and driving change while focusing on transforming end‑to‑end business processes and aligning business needs with digital capabilities. You will tackle complex challenges, promote cross‑country teamwork, and ensure business readiness for a successful transformation.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead the S4E Program on the business side, focusing on regional and manufacturing entities
  • Establish and improve project governance, methodologies, and reporting structures with PMO support
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business units to align transformation initiatives and ensure business‑side requirements are reflected in system design
  • Oversee end‑to‑end process transformation and interface optimisation while driving process standardisation that respects local business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project risks, dependencies and resource allocation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges and successes, and report transformation progress to senior leadership
What You Bring
  • Degree in business, technology or a related field
  • Strong project management abilities, with expertise in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience leading business‑side SAP S/4HANA or large‑scale ERP rollout and transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, cross‑functional interfaces and change management in SAP or comparable environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to travel as needed for rollout activities
